Job Description

As a CRM Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing compelling content for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives.

Responsibilities

Create and optimize content for CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
Develop and implement content strategies to boost customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with CRM and design teams to align text and visuals for consistent messaging.
Oversee content placement and management using CMS tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal user experience.
Ensure brand consistency and maintain the desired tone of voice across all CRM communications.
Monitor CRM trends and audience behavior, applying insights to optimize content strategies.
Maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of all CRM materials.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in content management, preferably in the iGaming industry (casino & betting) or related fields.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Proven experience in writing marketing content for email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
Basic understanding of the sports and gambling markets, including audience specifics and trends.
Familiarity with CMS tools and email automation tools.
Basic proficiency in Figma or similar design collaboration tools.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of gambling regulations and responsible gaming practices is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
