Job Description
We are seeking a VIP Sales Manager with I-Gaming experience for one of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating information on clients assigned to the manager.
Working with separate brands and their metrics.
Outgoing communications (messengers/letters/calls).
Customizing of personalized bonus offers for customer requests.
Qualifications
Experience in the same position from 1 year.
Proven experience with I-Gaming.
Knowledge of Excel.
Understanding of basic CRM metrics.
Strong communication skills.
Multitasking.
Attention to details.
Independent decision-making.
